Shipping Information
We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and with full transparency. All shipments within the US and Canada include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way. International orders are shipped via Canada Post non-tracking services.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate $6 CAD
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $40 CAD within the US and Canada
- Expedited Shipping: Flat rate $15 CAD within the US and Canada. For other international orders, expedited shipping costs vary.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Reliable and cost-effective shipping. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch within Canada and the United States. Other international orders may take 14-28 days. Since international orders can have different delivery times and tracking numbers might not always be available, please note that claims can only be made after 40 days from the order date. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Expedited Delivery
A faster option when you need your order sooner. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch within the US and Canada. Other international orders will be delivered within 4-10 days of departure.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery.
Returns and Shipping Fees
If an order is returned, the original $6 standard shipping cost will be retained as a non-refundable fee, regardless of the order value or whether the order qualified for free shipping. See our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy for more details.
Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.
- Orders that qualify for free shipping ($40+) will be shipped using our standard delivery service.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
